Club Registration and Leadership

Tezo Stars Sports Club was duly registered in 2012 as a youth sport facilitation club in Tezo location, Kilifi County. The main objective was to foster growth in different sport talents.

The club has a long history of successive generation, back in the day it was known as Tezo Villa Fc which transformed to Tezo Manchester following a strong following of the club sponsors then to the English counter parts Manchester united.

When registering Tezo Stars Sports club we had envisioned beyond soccer for men, we wanted to have an all-inclusive sports platform but due to financial constraints we have since been able to work for the football team for men and ladies.

The club is managed by a Board of Management elected annually by members on volunteering terms. The current leadership took office in January 2016 and is as follows:-

Club Engagements and Participation

So far the club has managed to forward a men football team which made its debut in the coast provincial league last year 2013 managing a runners up and in 2014 season we managed to  book a ticket for the then FKF Nationwide Division 1 League and managed position 10 from our pool last year 2015.

This year due to restructuring of the FKF league the teams were pushed to the newly Nationwide Division 2 Northern Region. Our home ground is Bustani Bora Grounds in Tezo Town along the Tezo-Kakanjuni Rd off Kilifi Malindi Rd.

Playing in the GoTv this year is one of team’s major milestones for being the first team from Kilifi County playing in Kenya’s major soccer leagues. We have a dedicated team of player to which we are sure to hold the defending Champions Bandari.
